SEI is making leadership transitions and identifying a critical need for funding and grant expertise to sustain growth. As we expand into coaching, training, and global translations, donor support is more important than ever. Navigating Beliefs is being translated into multiple languages, but we need help to keep the momentum going.

We’re excited to welcome Cody Scott as our provisional new board member and Treasurer, replacing Georgia Phelps, who leaves on great terms. We also congratulate Robert Hamilton, now Vice President, succeeding Timothy Dawson, a co-founder and dedicated member since 2019.

Timothy’s departure has prompted us to reassess our priorities, and securing funding and grants is at the top of the list. We’re seeking someone with expertise in grant writing, donor engagement, and financial management—whether as a board member, volunteer, or hired professional. If you or someone you know has these skills, we’d love to connect!

Meanwhile, Navigating Beliefs is going global! A professional Arabic translation is underway, with German and Russian versions in the works. These translations aren’t cheap, so if you’ve been considering donating, now’s the perfect time.
